At LAYAAN COLLECTION, we take pride in offering high-quality abayas crafted with care and attention to detail. Due to the delicate nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in the case of defective or damaged items.

Reporting a Defective or Damaged Item

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at info@layaancollection.com.
  • Provide clear photos of the item showing the defect.
  • Our team will review your case and assist you accordingly.

Final Sale Items

  • Sale and promotional items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Returns & Refunds

  • All return requests must be approved by our customer support team before sending items back.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, unless the item is defective.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
  • If the product is found to be defective, we will refund shipping costs up to:
    • £5 for UK customers
    • £30 for International customers

Order Modifications

  • Once an order is placed, it can only be modified within 24 hours before dispatch.
  • Cancelling orders- you can cancel an order as long as the item is not dispatched.
  • For International orders- a cancellation fee will apply.
