Shipment Processing Time:
- Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days.
- Once your order has been handed over to the courier, we no longer have control over the shipping process.
- Bank holidays may cause delays in shipping times.

Unable to Place Your Order?
If you are unable to place an order, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
- We do not ship to your country.
- Your basket contains 15 or more items (for international customers). Due to weight restrictions, international orders exceeding this limit cannot be processed at checkout.
If you experience this issue, please email us at info@layaancollection.com, and our team will assist you in placing your order.
Couriers:
- UK Orders: We use Royal Mail or DPD as our courier. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and the courier details.
- International Orders: We use DPD as our courier. To track your parcel, please visit the DPD UK website.

Customs, duties and taxes:
- Layaan Collection is not responsible for any customs, taxes, or tariffs applied to your order outside of the UK. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
- To get the most accurate information regarding customs fees, please contact your local courier or customs office.
Customs Delays
- Once your order reaches the destination country, customs processing times may impact delivery. Unfortunately, we do not have control over this.
Refusing to Pay Customs Fees
- If a customer refuses to pay the customs fees, a deduction will be made from the order total, including the shipping fee.
- The remaining balance will be refunded once Layaan Collection receives the returned package.

If you receive a damaged package, please:
- Contact the shipment carrier directly to report the issue.
- Take clear pictures of the damaged package, as these may be required when filing a claim with the shipping company.
