Shipment Processing Time: 

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days. Once it is with the courier we do not have any control over the shipping process. Please note Bank holidays will have an impact on shipping times being delayed. It is entirely the responsibility of the customer to check emails for tracking information and customs notices. 

 

Not able to place your order due to country not being found?

This could happen as we do not ship to that country. It can also happen if international customers have more than 4 or 5 items in their basket. Customers will not be able to place their order in this case due to the weight of the items. If this happens please email us at info@layaancollection.com and we can help you place your order.

Couriers:

For UK orders we use Royal Mail or DPD as our courier. When we send you a confirmation shipping email you will be able to see your tracking number and the courier it is shipped with.

For international orders we use DPD as our courier. To track your parcel head to DPDUK website.

Customs, duties and taxes:

Please note that Layaan Collection is not responsible for any customs, taxes and tariffs which is applied to your order outside of the UK. Any customs, taxes and tariffs payments imposed on orders are the responsibility of the customer. In order to get the most accurate information regarding customs fees please contact your local courier. 

Please be aware when orders reach the destination country, the amount of time it takes for customs to clear your parcel may impact the delivery time, unfortunately we do not have any control over this.

If the customer refuses to pay the customs, a fee will be deducted from the order total including the shipping fee. The customer will be refunded the remaining balance once Layaan Collection receives the returned package. 

Damages
Layaan Collection is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged package, please directly contact the shipment carrier. Ensure you take pictures of the damaged package as this may be required when filing a claim to the shipping company.
