Returns Policy

At LAYAAN COLLECTION, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality abayas. We take great pride in the craftsmanship and attention to detail that goes into each and every one of our products. As such, we have a strict policy when it comes to returns and exchanges.

Due to the unique nature of our products and the delicate materials used, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We understand that online shopping can sometimes be challenging, and we want to ensure that our customers have all the information they need to make an informed decision before making a purchase. 

We encourage you to carefully review the product descriptions, measurements, and images provided on our website to ensure that the abaya you choose is the perfect fit for you. Our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. On the rare occasion that a customer receives a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your order using our email  info@layaancollection.com. We will do our best to resolve the issue and ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. 

We strictly do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items or items bought during promotional sales/seasons. All discounted items are FINAL SALES.

The only instance a return request will be accepted is on the rare occasion an item is defective and in this instance we expect to receive an email within 48 hours of receiving your order. Under no other circumstance will a return be accepted.


If a return is accepted and does not meet the criteria stated in the return email the return WILL NOT be approved and we reserve the right to hold funds until the postage is paid for the item to be sent back to the customer. 

All returns fees will be the responsibility of the customer to pay. We recommend using a tracked service, we are not responsible for a lost package back to us. We will only refund up to £30 of shipping costs for international customers returns.  

Once an order has been placed it can only be altered if the order hasn't been dispatched. This is usually within 24 hours of the order being made. This includes shipping information and the items ordered.

It is entirely the customers responsibility to familiarise themselves with a stores return/exchange policy. We do not bear any responsibility for the customer being unaware of our policy. 

If a return is made without prior emailing our team and gaining approval we will not accept the return and you will bear the postage fee in order for us to send the item back to you. 

Please note: due to lighting and photography there may be slight differences in colour of the item which is unavoidable.
